We accept most major credit and debit cards for orders. All orders are processed through our payment provider, PayPal. As such, your personal information is safe and compliant with GDPR and personal data law in the EU and UK. Should there be any issue with a payment, please contact PayPal to resolve this.


We have made the process of ordering a product as easy as possible for our customers. Online ordering is a smooth process and we send out all processed ordered within 2-3 working days unless the artwork needs to be framed as some artworks contain delicate parts and need protecting for transport. If the artwork needs to be be framed please allow up to 6 weeks for framing.

Postage / Shipping

Our products are sent using a number of specialist couriers/shipping companies that we have carefully selected. On the rare event that something should go wrong during transit, we are covered for loss. Should a package not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us to let us know and we can liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.

All artworks include free shipping and framing (where needed to protect delicate elements).

Returns & Refunds

For all orders, should you decide to change your mind and return sealed items, please package the item back up and send it back to us. You will be required to pay the postage costs to return your item. Should an artwork arrived damaged please let us know as soon as possible so that we can liaise with the courier and request a refund for the item. You will of course be able to request a full refund or have an alternative artwork sent to you as a replacement (up to the same values).

Please take photos of the damage and send to us so that we can assess this and contact the courier.

Repair Service

Should you receive a damaged artwork, we are able to restore this for you, free of charge. You can of course request a refund or an alternative artwork as a replacement but we are skilled at restoring artworks and if needed we will frame these for added protection before sending an artwork back to you.

Missing Orders

If you order is missing please let us know. We use carefully selected couriers to ship artworks to our customers. Remember to get in touch with us to let us know as soon as possible should your order not arrive in good time.

Our couriers will send out your order(s) in good time but this may vary depending on your location, however the delivery in the UK is within 3-5 days, but can be sooner than this.

For European and Worldwide orders, we aim to ship your order(s) within 7-14 days dependant on the shipping region (Europe, World Zone 1, World Zone two).

Your Personal Data

The protection or your data is very important to us. All orders are processed through our online website ordering system, which is secure and stored by encryption on a server or servers with Squarespace, and international website company. They use to highest standards of data safety and security for ours and your peace of mind. Payments are handled by our Third Party Payment Provider, PayPal, which is also and international organisation. PayPal are fully GDPR and EU and UK law compliant for data protection.

Agartha Art Gallery use a newsletter signup form on our website, to collect email addresses. We do this so that we can send occasional newsletters and email promotions. These email addresses are stored securely within our website which is hosted with Squarespace, who are fully data compliant. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter or email promotion by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link.
